You will join the Global Trade team as head of the Trade & Working Capital Origination Core Industries business unit, which is made up of 28 people in France, including 3 managers. You are directly attached to the two co-heads of the global business line Global Trade and you are part of the Management Committee of the business line.

Your main mission is to develop the activities of Global Trade across all products and geographical areas, in coordination with the platforms, while establishing a sector specialization. You are responsible for the portfolio of international clients and prospects in the following sectors: Telecom, Media, Technology, Luxury & Retail, Engineering, Construction, Environment & Industries, Agri-food, Agriculture, Health, Insurance, Aerospace and Defense, as well as Regional and MidCap.

Your daily tasks will be:

- Lead the implementation of the strategic business development plan for Global Trade;
- Manage and lead sales teams;
- Present new transactions, as well as renewals and changes to the senior management at the various validation committees (Business committees, Risk committees);
- Actively contribute to the transformation of the operational chain, participating and sponsoring certain projects with partner functions.

As a manager, you are involved in building a sector specialization of the Global Trade origination by relying on product expertise within the Solutions teams.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have a higher education, at least 10 years of experience in front office functions, ideally in trade finance or coverage, with several years in sales team management.

You are proficient in:

- Global Trade’s business lines, products, ecosystem and challenges, especially in terms of transitions;
- The mechanisms of credit risks and their specificities within the framework of Trade Finance products and structures;
- The different activities of a CIB and the vanilla and structured financing alternatives.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- A leader with communication skills and able to energize sales teams;
- Enjoy teamwork and are able to interact with the different functions of the organization.

You have a C1 level of English.
