**Corporate Development Manager - Renewable Energy Platform**

Our client are a leading Independent Power Producer with a demonstrable track record in developing Renewable Energy projects in multiple technologies including, Solar, Wind, Hydro, BESS and Green Hydrogen, across multiple geographies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support investment activities.
- Building, maintaining and analysing detailed financial and valuation models.
- Preparation of regular memos, slide decks and transaction materials.
- Monitoring and reporting on the portfolio/pipeline.
- Market Research: Identifying and tracking marketing trends, economic conditions and industry developments to inform investment strategies.
- Regulatory updates: monitoring and analysing regulatory updates & policy changes affecting the business.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-5 years’ experience gained in an investment banking, private equity, management consulting or a comparable environment.
- Proven commercial exposure to the Renewable Infrastructure sector experience and in industry due diligence.
- Strong quantitative, analytical skills, excel and power point capabilities.
- Ideally outstanding academic record with a degree in a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in French & English.

Based in Paris.
