You embody the attitudes of customer experience at La Samaritaine. **Main missions**: - Management of the VIP Lounge Attendant team: - You are the guarantor of the reception of each customer and offer him with your team a service of Excellence. - On a daily basis, you train, support and develop a Lounge Attendant team. - You must be an exceptional manager and an example for your team. - You demonstrate leadership and advanced clienteling skills: leveraging the various tools available to retain customers and develop long-term relationships. - You coordinate and support the organization of events within the Apartment. - You are responsible for maintaining the stock level of the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the Apartment and you ensure that the stock tracking files are updated. - You also ensure that the standards of cleanliness and operation of the Apartment are maintained. - Management of Personal Stylists (PS): - On a daily basis, you support and develop a PS team. - You ensure the proper coordination of customer meetings and PS planning. - You train, support the PS in the development, development and maintenance of privileged relationships with VIP customers thanks to a precise knowledge of their lifestyles, their brand and product preferences. - You ensure regular communications with the VIP customer base through appropriate communication methods to inform them about new products, clienteling events, etc. - You support your PS on the development of their client portfolio - You set objectives and animate the Kpi's of the PS. - You have a sense of style and an in-depth understanding of trends as well as a highly developed fashion culture. - You support the PS in the exercise of the "Feedback collection reporting" to be communicated to the Merchant at the end of the collection. - You are responsible for the correct updating of the weekly report **Key Requirements**: At least 2 years of experience in Retail and Luxury Services management -Previous experience in Exceptions and VIP customer service preferred -Perfect command of French and English -Motivated and involved in the field of Luxury and Customer Service -Special attention to detail -Grooming linked to the Luxury Services activity -High level of Hospitality -Assertiveness and communication -Privacy management DFS is an equal opportunity employer.
