Battlefront recrute des gestionnaires de comptes francophones pour ouvrir, maintenir et créer de nouveaux comptes via la vente au détail et la distribution de nos produits

Battlefront Miniatures est un fabricant et distributeur mondial de jeux de table, de jeux de société et de jeux de rôle. Basé en Nouvelle-Zélande, Battlefront possède des sites de vente et de distribution au Royaume-Uni et aux États-Unis.

Le rôle est basé sur le territoire en France, sous la responsabilité de notre siège de Nottingham. Les déplacements sont nécessaires et font partie de votre package de rémunération avec nous.

Le rôle est idéal pour les personnes enthousiastes et axées sur les résultats qui aiment établir et entretenir des relations commerciales à long terme avec nos clients B2B. Nos gestionnaires de compte sont responsables de la conduite des ventes et des activités de loisirs dans leurs territoires désignés.
- Expérience de travail connexe dans les ventes commerciales et/ou le service à la clientèle
- Expérience du jeu de guerre sur table, du jeu de société ou du passe-temps de jeu de rôle
- Expérience du marché des loisirs en Europe
- Anglais oral et écrit courant
- Compétences linguistiques en français courant
- Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonelles
- Expérience avec les systèmes CRM et le processus de prise et de prise de commandes
- La capacité d'apprendre rapidement et efficacement au sein d'une équipe
- La volonté d'apprendre sur le tas et de planifier votre journée grâce aux horaires d'appels
- Une connaissance des objectifs commerciaux et des KPI pour obtenir une rentabilité maximale de vos clients et développer les ventes au sein de l'équipe
- Une volonté de faire partie d'une entreprise en pleine croissance et d'être en mesure de fournir un soutien à l'ensemble de l'entreprise

French Speaking Account Manager

Battlefront are recruiting French Speaking Account Managers to open, maintain and build new accounts through retail and distribution of our products

Battlefront Miniatures is a global Tabletop gaming, board game and role playing game manufacturer and distributor. Based in New Zealand, Battlefront has sales and distribution sites in the UK and US.

The role is based in-territory in France, reporting to our Nottingham HQ. Travelling is required and forms part of your remuneration package with us.

The role is ideal for enthusiastic, results driven people who enjoy building and maintaining long term sales relationships with our B2B customers. Our account managers are responsible for driving sales and hobby activity within their designated territories.
- Related work experience in Trade Sales and/or Customer Service
- Experience of the tabletop wargaming, board gaming or roleplaying hobby
- Experience of the hobby market within Europe
- Fluent verbal and written English
- Fluent French Language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and the order making and taking process
- The ability to learn quickly and effectively as part of a team
- The drive to learn on the job and plan your day through call schedules
- A knowledge of business-related targets and KPI’s to achieve maximum profitability from your customers as well as build sales within the team
- A willingness to be part of a growing business and be able to provide support across the business
