SymphonyAI Industrial solutions provide high value to its users by driving variability out of processes and optimizing operations for throughput, yield, energy efficiency, and sustainability. **Job Description**: **What will You Do?** Reporting to the CEO/Business Unit Head, you will be a quota carrying Sales Director who also spearheads and manages the sales team in Europe. With a proven track record of success in sales, strong interpersonal and influencing skills this role involves: - Driving sales and expanding the customer base within Europe. - Developing and implementing a scalable sales process from demand generation through contract execution and expansion - Identifying and engaging with enterprise prospects to build a robust sale pipeline, to understand their unique and specific needs and to produce compelling business cases and RFQ answers - Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and medium-sized businesses - Presenting in person to C-level executives - to include information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals - "Sparring partner" to the CEO on how to grow the business, aligning revenue and product support strategy with overall company goals. - Ensuring team success - setting and managing of quotas - developing and executing sales strategies - providing sales training and support - Continuously maintaining and developing your market and competitor knowledge - Attending events - Coordinate with software consultants for sales and presales support activities **What skills and experience will you bring?** - Fluent English is essential. Fluency in French or German is distinctly preferred; other European languages would be a bonus. - Strong educational background with a master’s degree in business or related field. - Significant experience in carrying a sales quota and successfully meeting or exceeding targets. - Experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales' - Proven sales experience in Digital Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, Asset Reliability and Connected Worker domains. - Proven sales experience in successfully driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation sales initiatives. - Proven sales experience in at least one manufacturing industry - for example: Pharma, Semiconductors, Automotive, Oil & Gas. - Thorough understanding of the domain, market trends, technology, and detail-oriented mindset. Appreciation for impact of Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing. - Proven ability to develop high-performance sales and demand-gen processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial work environment where self-motivated people succeed. - Established relationships with Senior and C-level executives.
