**About the team**
Our Finance team is the go-to team for all things finance related at Equativ, including very operational topics. The team is composed of a FP&A team, an Accounting team, a treasury team and a US Finance team.
We have the ambition to be IPO-ready in the next couple of years. Improving our processes and controls is therefore key for us.
In the context of continuous growth of the Group, we are reinforcing the accounting team by adding an account Payable manager to reinforce our controls and processes.
**✏️ What you'll do**
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead our AP team (2 people) to improve our payables process, structure it to increase its efficiency with our internal partners (FP&A and procurement teams).
At Equativ we operate a platform where our suppliers are also our customers, and AP is key for that reason.
The A/P manager has both a technical role (taking care of the A/P process) and a key communication role with the requesters of all the organization to implement a proper P2P process.
**Your mission**
Managing the account payable process and improve it:
- Manage the existing AP team (2 people)
- Challenge and improve the current process and tools
- Ensure quality of the data (including supplier master data), and meeting of the deadlines
Manage the travel expense process and improve it. Currently using Cleemy
Be a key contributor for finance projects, among which:
- ERP implementation
- Standardization of the finance organization and processes across the group
- Reduction of the month-end closing deadlines
- Electronic invoicing
- Potential self-billing implementation (under exploration phase)
**About you**
- BAC + 2 + 3 BTS/DUT/ Licence in accounting
- +10 years of experience in accounting field
- Management experience
- Team spirit
- Fluent in English and in French
- Knowledge and experience on NetSuite is a plus (not mandatory)
