**Job Description**:
**Mission**

Responsible for the management of outgoing transactions, and forging strong relationships with suppliers.

Maintain accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments from clients, and upskill others.

Optimise department processes and build lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business. Be knowledgeable, analytical, and decisive with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Be able to independently tackle complex or new challenges and come up with creative solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all documentation from suppliers/creditors and expense employees are monitored, effectively processed and paid on time.
- Manage all data throughput in the department to ensure that it is managed effectively and processed efficiently.
- Reconcile supplier statements and other balance sheet data on a monthly basis.
- Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox including ServiceNow AP ticketing system.
- Building and maintaining relationships with employees, vendors and clients.
- Support with weekly/monthly Cash Forecasting deliverables.
- Support with AP initiatives to standardise, simplify and automate processes.
- Compiling, analysing, and reporting financial information to management.
- Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.

**Qualifications**:
AAT LEVEL 4, CICM LEVEL 3, Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.

**Requirements**:

- Native/fluent in French. **Advanced English**.
- Experience in accounting principles for France, including French chart of accounts and tax legislation.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse information and processes.
- Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Commitment to ethical behaviour with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.
