**TEAM**

Hugo: With five years of experience managing global sales teams, Hugo Dessi is joining Autone to lead business development and contribute to the company’s growth. A specialist in sales strategy and process optimization, he has successfully led prospecting teams in complex environments, ensuring strong growth and continuous performance improvement.

**THE ROLE**
As a Business Development Representative at Autone, you will play a crucial role in our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, engaging potential prospects, and helping to build a solid pipeline for our sales team in France. Your efforts will be key to achieving our ambitious growth objectives and positioning Autone as a leader in AI-powered retail technology.

**MISSIONS**
- Contact key account prospects to secure qualified meetings with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital directors).
- Manage inbound leads and respond to their inquiries about our solutions.
- Give an excellent first impression to prospects and clients.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to grow their sales pipeline, drive sales, and help build a first-class team.
- Maintain high-quality relationships with different leads through follow-ups, personalized and creative messaging to increase interest in our solutions.
- Reach weekly goals for creating new opportunities and generating concrete sales.
- Generate new business opportunities through events, marketing initiatives, and various proactive approaches.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**

- First experience required in prospecting.
- Dynamic and always positive.
- Enjoys challenges and has a real performance-driven mindset.
- Truly eager to work in a tech company.
- Take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in an additional language besides English would be a valuable asset.

**RECRUITMENT PROCESS**

- Short Interview with Hugo: 15/20 min
- Interview with Local Head of Sales : 30 min
- Case Study: 4 days to prepare
- Final Interview with Hugo and Role play : 1 hour
