**Votre mission**:
Afin d’accompagner sa transformation digitale, Onet recrute un **Project management officer (PMO) F/H**.

Basé au sein du siège social de Marseille (9ème arrondissement) et rattaché au Directeur AMOA et Data Gouvernance, vous assurez le pilotage et le soutien du programme de transformation digitale du groupe.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes:

- Créer les reporting et les états d’avancement du programme de transformation
- Mettre en place des indicateurs et en assurer le suivi et l’analyse
- Piloter et coordonner les actions de conduite du changement
- Suivre et vérifier l’avancement des différents projets du programme (qualité, coûts et délais)
- Communiquer sur l’avancée des projets en interne et en externe
- Assurer le suivi budgétaire des projets en collaboration avec le contrôle de gestion central
- Suivre les actions et les risques des projets
- Garantir la qualité des projets
- Participer à la planification des ressources, maintenir et réaliser un plan capacitaire
- Favoriser la communication inter-équipes
- Co-réaliser les supports de présentation avec les directeurs de projets
- Participer aux comités et formaliser les relevés de décision et comptes-rendus
- Mettre en place et faire vivre un espace de partage de l’ensemble de la documentation

**Vos atouts**:
De formation supérieure (ESC, Ecole d’ingénieurs ), vous justifiez d’une expérience mínimale de 5 ans à des fonctions similaires, de préférence acquise dans l’univers des services BtoB. Vous avez, idéalement, déjà participé à des programmes multi-domaines.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les techniques de gestion de projet et PMO, et faites preuve d’une bonne connaissance des outils front et back office.

Vous avez d’importantes capacités à travailler en mode collaboratif et êtes en mesure de coordonner des équipes d’envergure. D’autre part, vous êtes reconnu pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre adaptabilité, votre rigueur et vos qualités de communicant.
