**Job Description;**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **Installs, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMACD)** of hardware and software.
- Act as a key point of contact for **EUS onsite teams**, managing SLAs effectively and leading the team to success.
- Provide exceptional **break-fix support** for hardware, software, and mobility issues.
- Manage **backup tape rotations**, **tape library systems**, and coordinate server reboots.
- Ensure proper **provisioning, configuration, and delivery of IT equipment**, supporting both office-based and remote users.
- Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, VOIP phones, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee desktop imaging, **security patching**, and ensure all devices meet configuration standards.
- Provide **sales support** during business hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Preferred Technical Skills**
- Expertise in **Windows 10** and **Apple devices** support, including:

- BitLocker encryption, configuration, crash/BSOD resolution, and general troubleshooting.
- Experience with AirWatch for Apple devices and iOS troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and O365 support.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools like **SCCM/Intune** and **Mobile Device Management (MDM)** platforms.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including basic network troubleshooting, wired/wireless connectivity, and switch management.
- Experience with **desktop/laptop hardware replacements**, peripheral installations, and system imaging.
- Good understanding of **Mac OS** and mobile device troubleshooting (preferred).

**Soft Skills**
- Exceptional **customer service and communication skills**, with the ability to convey technical solutions in a user-friendly manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a **fast-paced environment**, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing based on urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive outcomes when working with clients.
- Skilled in creating technical documentation and contributing to **knowledge bases (KB articles)**.
