As an **HR Intern**, you will offer support to the Human Resources department by assisting with various administrative tasks related to HR, employee engagement and operations.
- This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and exposure to diverse aspects of HR.

This is a 6-month internship base in our Paris office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors.
- Help maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with international teams on HR projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, performance reviews and training sessions.
- Respond to employee inquiries and ensure compliance with HR policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English (French language skills are a plus).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in HR and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, international setting.
