**Modular Units Sales Manager(F/M)**

**Missions**:
Reporting to the Commercial VP for Gas Technologies, Equipment & Modules, with a strong Customer Centric mindset, you will work closely with our clients to develop the right solutions to fulfil their needs and accompany them in their projects and transition journey.

More concretely, you will be in charge of
- Prospecting relying on your strong winning mindset to reach and exceed commercial objectives
- Leading the selling tactics
- Leading the commercial offer preparation
- Closing the deals
- Accompanying contractual execution
- Maintaining an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline

Your assignments will include:
The promotion of Axens’ offer by:

- Making preliminary technical presentations during regular visits to clients,
- Organizing or participating to seminars to promote Axens’ offer,
- Developing a strong professional network at all levels from process engineer to C-level.
- The preparation, support, push-up of commercial offers for modular units
- Being the architect of your offers by managing interfaces with involved Axens departments
- The contractual negotiation in coordination with the Legal Department
- The commercial follow-up of the activity
- Updating of CRM and transmitting information to Sales Operations Department.
- Pilot the agent network on your zone (if applicable)
- Embody compliance rules

**Knowledge and Required Level**:

- ** **You are an experienced and passionate sales engineer with above ten years of professional experience and an in-depth knowledge of the energy or chemical industry with ideally experience in the field of chemical engineering and project execution & deliver
- You have a good knowledge of the different actors (End-Users, EPCs, consulting firms, fabricators..).
- You have an excellent level of English.

- You have a strong customer centric mindset : you are excellent at listening and understanding your clients and you have the capacity to investigate expressed and non-expressed needs of your client to co-create offers.
- You have the experience in handling complex sales in an international environment.
- You are able to deal with a broad portfolio and with different sales dynamics.
- You are able to quickly qualify whether an opportunity is of interest or not, through the identification of strong & weak signals.
- You have excellent relational skills and present well, which helps you manage day-to-day relations with our clients.
- You like to use tools that contribute to the follow up of the commercial activity.
- You take a rigorous approach to analysis and are able to synthesize information, which makes you a powerful and persuasive speaker.
- You have strong abilities in negotiation.
- You offer fresh suggestions with firm conviction while remaining patient, which helps you bring new ideas into the Commercial Business Division.
- You are known for your ability to work in a team and share information.
- You are open-minded and enjoy contact with other cultures in general, given the international scope of the job.
- Some knowledge relative to project financing, especially export credit, would be a plus.
- This position requires a certain level of availability, since it involves some travels.
