Aux côtés des directeurs conseils, vous développez l'expertise éditoriale de l'agence et vous êtes le **garant de la qualité des contenus** proposés à nos clients.

En tant que manager, vous savez aussi faire progresser l’équipe et **évoluer les process pour gagner en efficacité** sur les missions confiées.
- **// VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES //**

**Au sein du pôle webmarketing et en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projets, vous serez amené à**:

- Participer à la formalisation des stratégies de contenu de nos clients
- Recueillir les besoins clients et concevoir les briefs pour la création de contenu
- Mettre en place les plannings de production et assurer la tenue des deadlines pour les livrables.
- Intervenir en renfort dans la production pour concevoir et développer : des articles de blog, livres blancs, plannings édito, pages produit, textes de sites web, landing page, etc.
- Relire, corriger et améliorer les contenus réalisés par l'équipe pour garantir leur qualité
- Challenger le pôle webmarketing dans une logique d'amélioration continue
- Faire évoluer l'organisation de la création de contenus dans l'agence
- Gérer les ressources externes (copywritter freelances) : prise de contacts, tests, feedbacks...
