**Job Description**:
The position of Coordinator Customer Service Local is part of the Supply and Deliver of Group BIC Services. Position is located in Clichy, France. Within the scope this position will:
- Guarantee effective communication with GBS in Sofia with regard to incoming requests from internal and external customers
- Coordinate with functional support at Local and European level to achieve service level objectives and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Keep proximity to the market, provide visibility, priorities and relevant information to GBS in Sofia about main promotional campaigns and key strategies
- Administrate and support activities related to legal and local requirements
Communication with GBS and coordination of information flow between local functions and GBS:
- Guarantee effective communication with GBS in Sofia with regard to incoming requests from internal and external customers
- Coordinate with functional support at Local and European level to achieve service level objectives and ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
- Keep proximity to the market, provide visibility, priorities and relevant information to GBS in Sofia about main promotional campaigns and key strategies
- Monitor credit risk and customer exposure, taking appropriate actions and/or escalating issues in coordination with local commercial units and GBS
- Keep all relevant stakeholders (Commercial Unit, Supply and Deliver leads) informed, collect regular feedback with the service and implement action plans to improve.
- Participate and contribute to local and international meetings
- Setup and maintain prices and promo discounts in available tools
- Administration and support activities related to legal requirements (collecting and archiving documents)
- Lead or contribute in projects (e.g. system upgrade, EDI deployments, IT demands, requests from customers or other local functions)
- Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to achieve Bic business targets
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualification required**:
- University degree
- 2-3 year of experience in Customer Service for a global company is required
- 4-5 year of experience for a global company is a plus
- Native French and advanced English
- Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus
- Advance Excell is a plus
**Knowledge / experience required beyond minimum qualification**:
- Very good communication skills
- Customer service orientation and attention to details
- Proven ability to work in teams, with deadlines and time pressure
- Proactive team-player with “can-do” attitude
- Proven excellent problem solving and drive for results
- Strong customer focus, high ethical standards
