Lifen is a 190-person startup, based in Paris, whose ambition is to facilitate the deployment of digital solutions to hospitals, doctors and patients. Since 2015, Lifen simplifies transfer of medical data and has become a leading actor in France with more than 400 partner institutions and over 2 million documents sent per month. With its high penetration of the health market in France, Lifen is now developing a technical platform to better integrate third-party softwares into hospitals.
As a result, our team is currently being structured to:
- Source the most strategic apps that fit our business
- Pitch and closing of partnerships with the right app
- Projet management with each software to maximize time-deployment into hospitals
**Your future missions as a Senior Sales Manager**
Part of a 3-people team that is structuring its strategy / processes
Pro-active Sales in charge of convincing and closing deals with C-Levels (CTOs or CEOs) of tech companies.
✔️with Technical teams to guarantee smooth integrations of our clients.
✔️with Marketing and Product Team to share clients needs and enhance our positioning.
✔️with Operational Teams to integrate softwares into private or public hospitals.
**The profile we’re looking for**
You have a previous Sales / Client-facing experience (at least 2-year professional experience)
You have a previous experience in the healthcare world
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, you know how to adapt your speech to various stakeholders.
- ️You are curious, autonomous and pro-active to work with various teams
You like to learn, sell and follow clients on a long-term basis
