**Areas of Responsibility**:
The role involves carrying out commercial activities to promote the route to market of ERG's production assets from renewable sources in Europe, in particular through the signing of long-term electricity sales agreements (PPAs) and by Market Access.

The person will join the Sales team, within the Energy Management & Sales Department, and will be responsible for:

- Identification of commercial opportunities in the countries of interest
- Engagement of corporate and/or utility counterparties
- Negotiation of commercial terms and management of the drafting of contracts, in coordination with the other business functions of the Group, following all the revisions of the text up to the final signing
- Preparation of material for evaluation and internal approval of signing of agreements
- Management of relations with counterparties in the post-sales phase, in coordination with Back Office / Contract Management

**Studies**:
Economics or Engineering Degree.

**Work Experience**:

- Previous experience in companies operating in the Power & Gas/Commodities sector with at least 3-5 years of experience in Energy Management / Origination / PPA
- Experience in scouting for possible counterparts
- Familiarity in the negotiation of medium and long-term PPA contracts for the sale of Electricity and Market Access with European Corporate and/or Utilities counterparties
- Proven experience and detailed knowledge of the technical aspects of the sector, with possible effects on the contractual terms
- Knowledge of the regulatory aspects of the pertinent markets
- Ability to manage the development and revision of all the commercial and contractual terms of the agreements with the counterparties
- Understanding of pricing structures and risks related to the sale of electricity with medium and long-term agreements

**Languages**:
Fluent English.

Any additional european language will be a plus.

**IT Skills**:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel.
