**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

As a Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's HR initiatives and driving the success of our C&B function. You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to key HR topics and work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Director to effectively implement our HR strategy.

**As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will**:
**Internally**:

- Prepare the Global Benefits Project
- Participate in the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of Global C&B programs & policies, including reviewing salary ranges for all affiliates
- Monitor the Annual Compensation Review from the budget exercise to provide clear guidance for HR / Managers
- Contribute to the improvement of variable schemes such as commission schemes and bonuses
- Assist with process improvement projects aligned with existing HR processes
- Conduct audits on C&B, particularly on the benefits side, analyze compensation data against policies, clean reported data, and ensure data quality
- Create C&B tools to support HR / Managers
- Provide advice and prepare recommendations to the Exclusive Networks HR Team on C&B topics

**Externally**:

- Coordinate the Global Benefits Project in collaboration with an external consulting company
- Coordinate compensation and benefits surveys with an external consulting company and perform matching exercises
- Conduct market analysis through salary surveys, studying new hire practices, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices within our markets
- Stay informed about new trends and best practices in the field, specifically within our target markets

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal Compensation & Benefit Manager**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in Compensation & Benefits (in an international compensation / controlling environment ; experience in consulting company would be a plus)
- Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Knowledge of global benefits
- Project management skills
- Good analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Experience with advanced Excel functionality, Power Point and HRIS tools
- Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy when working with data and reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
- Practicality and effectiveness in your daily work, prioritizing key tasks and meeting tight deadlines
- Must be organized, responsive and able to work independently
- Ability to help in preparing training materials and process documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
