Within the HR department of the AWM division, you will join the HR Reporting/Compensation & Benefits team at Natixis Investment Managers composed of 5 people. As part of the HR policies of Natixis Investment Management, its subsidiaries, and the various companies for which it acts as a provider, the Compensation & Benefits department is responsible for implementing remuneration policies. You work closely with HR teams in France and internationally by bringing your expertise and coordinating the compensation processes. On a daily basis, your tasks are to: - Contribute to the definition of the bonus pool budget by collaborating with the different stakeholders; - Actively participate in the review of remuneration (ACR) by helping to produce deliverables (KPIs and analyses) and ensuring pay equity during the annual "Equal Pay" campaign; - Manage deferred variable compensation by ensuring its transparency and understanding within the organization;. - Be responsible for identifying risk takers (AIFM UCITS, MRT CRD V) in compliance with regulatory requirements, remuneration policy and market practices; - Participate in annual remuneration studies (internal and external benchmarks) to maintain competitiveness. You master: - The ecosytem of Asset Management and remuneration mechanisms; - The Office pack, in particular Excel, to build, manipulate and analyze complex tables with ease. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are: - Autonomous, rigorous and strong in proposal; - Recognized for your sense of organization and team spirit; - Customer-oriented. You master English with a C1 level.
