We are currently looking for a **Deputy Accounting Manager** to support our growth.
**Role and **Responsibilities**
- Manage the Accounting team & follow up on their tasks
- Responsible, together with the Accounting & Tax Director, for all accounting routines in compliance with the standards of the company, local tax and accounting regulations
- Coordinate the accounting operations (daily & Month-End Closing): account payables, intercompany transactions, general ledger analysis, banking transactions, fixed assets, salaries, account receivables
- Generate and ensure accuracy and timely of monthly reporting
- Prepare & help managing the statutory audits
- Communicate with other departments within the company or external such as auditors or tax authorities
- Responsible, together with the Accounting & Tax Director, for all tax routines in compliance with local regulations
**Essential Qualifications**
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Preferably BAC + 5
- ERP & Excel skills + tech appetence (tools & softwares)
- Team spirit, proactiveness, autonomy and excellence
- Comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
- Rigoureous, Organized, know how to prioritize
- High level of energy, positivism and hard working capabilities
**Preferred** **Qualifications**
- Experience in a startup environment or in the medical industry
