**Job description**
We are looking for a bilingual English manager in charge of the relationship with our network of partners and resellers around the world. With more than 40 partners in Asia, Africa and Europe, he will be in charge of driving the sales, marketing and communication with them. He will have to maintain an efficient network by selecting new partners or resigning the inactive ones. He will need to coordinate his work with our teams internally, namely sales, marketing, technical support and will report directly to the board.
We have the ambition to change the future of education through new technologies (virtual reality, augmented reality) and are therefore looking for an invested and determined person.
**Profile**
1. Main activities
Reseller management
- Follow-up on their activities
- Sales and strategy support and training
- Monthly reporting
- Occasional visits (1 or 2 per year)
- Evaluation and recruitment of new partners
Show participation
- Attendance at partner’s or reseller’s shows
- Attendance as a visitor at selected shows
Reporting to the board
- Reseller efficiency and activities
- Sales forecasts of the resellers
- Alignment with the company strategy
Competition and collaboration
- Competition follow-up and identification
- Contribution to the definition of the collaboration strategy
- Identification of potential partners and support
- Lobbying
2. Requested skills
- **Languages** : Native or highly fluent in English and good level of French (a third spoken language would be appreciated)
- **Windows** : Proficient in all Microsoft 365 tools and solutions
- **Softskills**:
- Skilled manager (at least 5 years in an international team)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities (including remote management)
- **Travels** : Regular travels (1 week per month maximum) in Europe and abroad
- **Technology** : Good sensitivity to innovation and Virtual Reality (video games or similar)
