We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Pre-Sales to join our fast-growing SaaS company. In this strategic role, you will lead and manage the pre-sales team, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions for our clients.
Your expertise will drive business growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure alignment between customer needs and our SaaS offerings.

**Your Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the pre-sales team to achieve performance goals
- Develop training programs to enhance the technical and soft skills of the team
- Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and excellence

2. Sales Support and Strategy:

- Collaborate with sales teams to define account strategies and opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, POC is Build&Run team's matter
- Analyze customer needs to help designing solutions that align with their goals and challenges

3. Customer Engagement:

- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers during the pre-sales process
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Provide expert guidance on SaaS implementation and integration strategies

4. Product and Market Expertise:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies
- Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to ensure the continuous improvement of the SaaS platform
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product’s technical capabilities and value proposition

5. Bid Strategy Development:

- Manage the end-to-end bid process, from opportunity identification to bid submission and contract negotiation.
- Develop clear win strategies for each bid in collaboration with sales leads, ensuring that win themes are compelling.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, finance, legal) to gather necessary information for bids.

6. Reporting and Process Improvement:

- Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of pre-sales initiatives
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize pre-sales efficiency
- Contribute to forecasting and pipeline analysis

**Requirements**:
What We Are Looking For ?

Education and Experience:

- Master degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in a pre-sales leadership role within the SaaS industry.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Skills and Attributes:

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM and other sales enablement tools.
- Proven leadership abilities in managing both office-based and virtual teams
- Must have : fluent French and English
- Nice to have : Spanish and/or Italian
