As Head of Revenue Operations, you are responsible for managing our current revenue operations team of three, working with internal stakeholders & external resources as necessary, and helping to staff up the team to meet the increasing challenges that lie ahead.
As a leader in the Revenue department, your team will directly contribute to the growth of revenue, and your team will be specifically accountable for removing friction from the buyer journey, reducing time-to-value for customers from discovery to purchase to expansion. Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, you'll be own our revenue operations roadmap which includes data, tooling and business operations projects with a constant eye on the impact they will have on our department & company goals. You'll co-create joint OKRs with other revenue leaders to align your team's impact with other marketing team's goals.

**Qualifications**:
- You have a passion for revenue and previous experience in a revenue, marketing or sales operations role.
- You have a previous experience working in a software-as-a-service environment, ideally a cloud hosting provider.
- You are comfortable with technically-differentiated products, terminology & industry players.
- You are motivated by being accountable for growth of self-serve revenue and/or sales pipeline.
- You thrive in an autonomous environment.
- You love to learn every day.
- You are curious & passionate about the future of cloud computing
- Very good command of English
**Responsibilities**:
- Take over ownership over key revenue tools - Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Cloud), Segment, Google Analytics, Livestorm - and familiarize yourself with their strengths and weaknesses.
- Manage our revenue operations team, setting OKRs and helping them grow.
- Work with external resources to accelerate our adoptions of key tools.
- Work with the IT department to provide a tooling roadmap, establish a budget for tools and external resources.
- Manage tool requests from various revenue teams and prioritize them according to impact, feasibility, and improvement of time-to-value.
- Evaluate vendors for tooling projects and ensure implementation and alignment across all team stakeholders.
- You will have Joint OKRs with other marketing teams in order to align the impact of their campaign work with the impact of the tool you own that will enable it (e.g: retargeting tools to increase MQLs).

- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial/full remote is possible
- Fully remote in Europe

73,000 - 92,000 euros per year
