As our Head of Revenue Operations, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our revenue operations framework. You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive scalable growth and operational efficiency. This role reports directly to the executive leadership team and will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports business objectives and drives sustainable growth - Lead and build a high-performing RevOps team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development - Architect, configure, and optimize our revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase) with direct involvement in system setup and integration - Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of our revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase) - Establish and maintain KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue-generating activities - Create forecasting models and revenue projections to support strategic planning - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes across the revenue funnel - Collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment and seamless handoffs between teams - Drive data governance and ensure data integrity across all revenue systems - Lead strategic projects to improve conversion rates, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value - Present regular performance reports and insights to executive leadership **Required Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations leadership roles - Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions in high-growth environments - Deep expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Hubspot administration and optimization - Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and metrics - Experience managing and optimizing complex tech stacks and data ecosystems - Advanced knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools (BigQuery, Metabase) - Experience with workflow automation and integration platforms (n8n or similar) - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights - Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications**: - MBA or relevant advanced degree - Experience in SaaS or technology startup environments - Salesforce and/or Hubspot certifications - Background in sales, marketing, or customer success before transitioning to operations - Experience with change management and organizational transformation - Knowledge of financial planning and analysis - Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations - Experience with M&A integration or international expansion **Recruitment process**: - First introductory call - Second call with our external RevOps - Technical test - Restitution of the technical test - Interviews with our mangers **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits package - "Alan green" complementary health insurance since day one in the company - A Swile card for your meal vouchers (€9.20/day) - Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing startup - Collaborative and innovative work environment - Professional development opportunities - Flexible working arrangements - Dedicated budget for AI tool experimentation and innovation - And above all, an office in the heart of Paris, opposite the Centre Pompidou
