**Dear new Business Development Representative,**

Usually, when we're writing these things, we'd spend a good chunk of time talking about what we want FROM you. But it's a little different when it comes to internships, because it's far more a case of what we want FOR you. We'll make sure that you look back on your chapter with Buyapowa not just as the time when you learned what it takes to be an incredible BDR, but the time when you actually became one.

- No one's worked at Buyapowa until they work at Buyapowa. So, while we value experience, we know that the greatest experience you can have is the experience you'll gain once you start working with us.
- No one stops being talented just because they're in their 50s or 60s. We love fresh ideas, but we don't have a weird youth fetish like some other employers.
- That said, Mozart was composing classics when he was only five years old. So, if you're just starting out on your journey, that's amazing too.

**The role**:

- The Business Development Representative works within the Sales Department to generate qualified leads, book meetings and support the sales team in the growth of their lead pipeline.
- You will work closely with our Sales Development Manager
- The overarching goal is improving, developing and increasing the number of qualified leads passed to the sales team.
- As we're function like a startup, you'll also get broader exposure to the business and will have the opportunity to pitch in and support across the business.
- This is the perfect time to join the Buyapowa team - market growth is gaining fantastic momentum and the portfolio of clients continues to grow each month.

**What you will do**:

- Generate new qualified leads and facilitate meetings between sales reps and prospects
- Take the leads through a high-level qualification process
- Record detailed information in the sales CRM
- Research and keep current on lead generation methodologies and technologies
- Create effective outbound campaigns and provide ongoing statistical updates in order to continually tune and improve campaigns
- Filter, qualify and distribute inbound lead captured from the Buyapowa website or other marketing campaigns

**You are**:

- Ideally degree educated (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented and driven
- Genuine “hands on” attitude, loads of initiative, happy to embrace the often-unstructured environment of a start-up
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Fluent in English & second language

Note: You must be available to start this internship ASAP (duration minimum 6 months - full time hours). Currently this is a fully remote internship.

**Salary**: From 1,150.00€ per month
