At Echo Analytics, we are working with organizations from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial POI product available in Europe.

We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build the most comprehensive Commercial Points of Interest datasets available in the EU and rapidly expanding. Echo partners with companies from multiple industries such as advertising, retail, mobility, smart cities, real estate, market research, financial services.

Tasks

**The opportunity**:
As a Business Development Intern, you will be joining our international sales team with the goal to build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients. You’re free and encouraged to find new business opportunities.

**Your Role at Echo**:
We’re currently growing the team and hiring A-players to help us get to the next level. As a Business Developer Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying key decision-makers to partner with
- Contacting prospects on LinkedIn and cold calling to book meetings with top decision makers
- Maintaining a close relationship with various leads through regular follow-ups
- Actively sharing your ideas on how to improve our organization, sales process and close more sales
- Working closely with the product development team to provide client feedback and ideas. This includes day-to-day product iteration to continue fuel the interface Echo with more unique datasets and points of interest.

**Requirements**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- Fluency in English
- You are goal-oriented and result-driven
- You like challenges and to go beyond your targets
- You are resilient and never takes no as an answer
- You are a quick learner and loves to propose new ideas
- You are confident in taking ownership of your tasks and running your projects independently
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You're available for a full-time internship for the next 6 months

**Preferred but not required**:

- HubSpot or any other CRM knowledge
- First experience in sales
