- This role is crucial to driving new sales for Broadridge solutions particularly in the French speaking countries in the European region with an emphasis in the post trade space (France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Geneva).
- Success will be measured by achieving the sales target for Broadridge’s solutions suites across the French speaking countries in EMEA region. Key metrics will include sales quota achievement, lead generation, pipeline growth and increased awareness of Broadridge solutions for the target market.
Strong lead generation, industry knowledge and networking skills combined with commercial negotiation and closing skills will be critical to this role. In addition, strong collaborative skills will be required to acquire the support from key partners across Broadridge.

- General Responsibilities
- Sales quota achievement for the assigned territory
- Identify prospective new clients in the European region via networking internally and externally e.g. industry events, cold calling.
- Handle sales pipeline and actively maintain accurate report in Salesforce
- Run the full sales process life cycle; typical activities to include:

- Initial contact and prospect qualification
- Assist/Handle, as appropriate, the presenting service offering to identified prospects
- Participate in set up and execution of requirements/scoping meetings
- Assist and support formal response to any client generated RFPs
- Negotiate contract pricing
- Run prospects through internal due diligence approval process
- Work with Legal department in contract negotiation
- Work with Conversions/Onboarding teams to ensure the successful go-live of new clients
- Conduct business trips as required for both sales meetings and other business development activities such as seminars, trade shows and industry events as appropriate
- Any other duties as reasonably required

Person Specification:
This position will be filled by an individual with excellent industry knowledge, outstanding drive, and energy, who:

- can build and execute viable commercial go to market plans
- demonstrates outstanding ability to work with Broadridge Sales, Account Management and Business Unit leaders
- can represent Broadridge at a senior level, both internally and externally
- has strong presentation skills
- has highly effective verbal and written communications skills and the energy and organizational ability to “get things done”
- Working Relationships:

- Head of EMEA Capital Market Sales
- EMEA Sales and Account Management team associates
- Product Management functions for key solution area
- Global Sales Strategy and Operations team
- Marketing

Minimum requirements:

- Proficient in French and English,
- 10 years+ experience in sell side financial markets
- Experience in post trade solutions crucial
