For our **Premium Product Creation** department at our location in **Paris**, we are looking for a:
**Premium Product Development Manager (f/m/d)**

**YOUR SHOES TO FILL**:

- As a product project manager, you manage new technical solutions from ideation to planning, prototyping, 3D constructing, mold making, pre-producing and bulk readiness for our products within our Premium range.
- You are the feasibility enabler and oversee the prototyping and sampling from the technical side of the organization and monitor progress.
- You are a sparring partner and provide guidance on what is realistic and work closely with the Premium Product Line Management and Design teams.
- In close collaboration with material development, purchasing, engineering and innovations teams, you implement new and innovative concepts into feasible projects and push the boundaries for new ways of working.
- Last but not least, you manage and enable internal interfaces to work effectively on a cross-functional level.

**YOUR WALK OF LIFE**:

- Degree / training in production / development process and/or design (ideally in the shoe industry)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in footwear manufacturing or development, ideally in well-known shoe companies.
- Work experience in molding and sole construction; functional know-how in shoe construction, orthopedics or biomechanics is beneficial
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent in English, French and Germany are a plus
- High level of pragmatism and hands-on mentality; you make things happen
- Very structured and efficient; you pay attention and have a passion for technical details.
- Capable of building strong work relationships with different interfaces
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis to production and the team based in Cologne
