TILT (TotalEnergies Innovation Lab for Trading) is looking to hire an intern to support TotalEnergies’ ambitions and growth.

**Activities**:
The Trading Branches of TotalEnergies (TGP and T&S) have established TILT, a dedicated Innovation Lab for Trading. TILT fosters innovation and drives transformation, digital projects, and new ideas across trading activities, inspired by intrapreneurship and start-up practices.

You will work within the TILT Innovation Lab, collaborating with various departments and external partners, handling daily activities, and building the community and services.

**Role: Engagement Coordinator**:
Your responsibilities include:

- **Designing, Planning, and Executing Events and Workshops**:

- Develop a calendar of events, workshops, and upskilling opportunities focused on innovation, digital tools, and AI.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify speakers and facilitators.
- Manage logistics, engagement, and evaluations.
- Create programs to enhance skills in innovation approaches, digital tools, and AI.
- Organize training sessions, webinars, and learning opportunities.
- **Communication and Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to promote innovation initiatives.
- Create content for newsletters, websites, and social media.
- Organize networking events and forums for idea sharing.
- **Innovation Lab Operations**:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a vibrant environment for creativity.
- Maintain lab equipment and resources.
- Enrolled in higher education related to Innovation, Business, or Communications.
- Proactive, service-oriented, rigorous, with digital skills.
- Good team player, autonomous, with strong communication skills.
- English essential; French is a strong advantage.

A tri-partite internship agreement is mandatory.
