Customer Value Creation Internship

Your missions:
Sensitive to the luxury and selective distribution environments, you will work closely with the Customer Value Creation managers in shaping content, analysis and tools for Global account sales teams. You will have to interact with our worldwide Global Blue teams based in numerous countries.
Your missions:
- You will be in charge of watching and providing analysis on competition, retailers trends, potential partners, and fashion/luxury industry trends in general.
- You will also have to work on ad-hoc market analysis, related to market segmentations, client satisfaction, etc.
- You will participate in the preparation of workshops with clients and prospects, working on market/brand analysis, setting up and analysing surveys, consolidating data analysis, and content preparation.
- As a native Chinese speaker, you will also contribute to the team some insights on the Chinese market, consumer trends, media ecosystem, etc. as Chinese is our biggest end-user market.
