You join the Investor Relations Private Assets team as an Investor Relations Officer - Client Servicing. You will be responsible for maintaining strong and trusted relationships with our existing and potential investors. You will support our fundraising efforts for our private asset products and manage investor communication.

On a daily basis, you are tasked with:

- Nurturing lasting relationships with existing and potential investors, gaining in-depth knowledge of their needs. You will be responsible for coordinating and responding to different client requests related to internal and external stakeholders;
- Accompany teams in the coordination and responses to investor questions during the fundraising phases;
- Ensure database management: filling and updating client and external databases, real showcase of our Private Market activity;
- Ensure regular monitoring of activities via the CRM and produce periodic reports on the activity.
- Participate in setting up and optimizing the processes and tools needed to improve team efficiency.

As an Investor Relations Officer, you will play an essential role in the relationship with the investors of our funds related to Private Assets products.

With a higher education, you have at least 3 years of experience in business development functions (Investor Relations, Investment Specialist, Client Servicing, etc.) within an international asset management company.

You master:

- The products of private assets.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

- Able to analyze the needs and expectations of investors while collaborating effectively with your interlocutors;
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, making complex information accessible;
- Result-oriented, setting clear goals and tracking your progress to achieve them.

You are proficient in English at a C2 level.
