Founded in 2015 by senior banking executives and big data technology experts, Opensee's commercial traction exploded in 2020 with deployment in several Tier 1 financial institutions on critical use cases. **What are you going to do?**
As a Technical Support Specialist for SaaS clients, you will play a crucial part in addressing both infrastructure and product-related challenges for our cutting-edge SaaS projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and product issues for our SaaS projects.
- Support ETL processes from data extraction, transformation, to loading, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Design, size and support the delivery of clients’ environments
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer support, showcasing a keen interest in addressing client queries and issues.
- Participate in on-call duties as needed, ensuring timely responses to critical incidents.
- Provide guidance to Level 2 support teams, offering expertise on technical problem-solving.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, issue resolutions, and best practices to create a comprehensive knowledge base for the support team.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience in Linux, SQL, Bash scripting, Python
- Experience of Apache Nifi (ETL)
- Familiarity with database architectures, data pipeline creation, and management.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with main cloud providers platforms
- First experience as a DevOps for SaaS projects would be a plus
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for understanding and translating client requirements.
- Curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English. French is a plus.
- Previous exposure to financial domain datasets and analytics is a plus.

- Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)
