Ses missions sont les suivantes:
- Gestion et optimisation du portefeuille:
- Assister les Account Managers dans la fidélisation et la gestion de leur portefeuille croissant de partenaires hôteliers
- Négociation d’offres: tarifs, créneaux horaires, ventes additionnelles, allotements
- S’assurer de la vue d’ensemble des prix et des disponibilités (gestion des stocks, maintien des allotements)
- S’assurer de la qualité de présentation de nos hôtels sur notre site internet
- Être garant de la véracité et la bonne compréhension par les clients des informations relatives à l’hôtel et présentes sur la fiche hôtel (équipements, deposit, taxes, etc.)
- Veille, analyse et reporting
- Analyser et suivre la concurrence
- Réaliser des rapports hebdomadaires pour les Account Managers qui contribueront à l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires
**Profil**:
- Ecole de commerce ou Ecole Tourisme/Hôtellerie
- Trilingue Anglais / Français / Italien
- La maitrise d'une langue supplémentaire est un plus
- Excellent sens relationnel, forte capacité à entretenir des relations de qualité : l’Account Manager Junior représente l’entreprise auprès de nos partenaires
- Bonne communication et diplomatie
- Capacité à négocier, convaincre et proposer des actions
- Fortes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Capacité à s’organiser et prioriser
- Dynamique et polyvalent
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Google suite, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Adaptabilité, audace, bienveillance, polyvalence, réactivité
**What We Offer**:
- A full-time internship contract or convention de stage (no alternance or professional contract possible) for a duration of 6 months
- Start: September
- Remote Work : All fridays on remote work
- Location: Paris 9th arrondissement
- Compensation: Base salary (1000€ brut) + Swile meal vouchers 10€ + 50% reimbursement of the navigo public transportation pass
