- Experience evaluating Business Development Executives in services selling across multiple technology Solution areas (Applications & Infrastructure, Modern Workplace, Business Applications and Data & Artificial Intelligence), preferably enterprise scale consulting engagements that could include global delivery.
- Success as a Sales Manager/hunter with sophisticated closure capabilities
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing our client’s business needs.
- Driving sales teams in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level.

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets for Microsoft solutions. Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored Microsoft solutions.
Mai ntain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless implementation and support.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft solutions, particularly in CRM, ERP, cybersecurity, and managed services.
Prepare and present detailed proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
