Description Nous recrutons pour un cabinet d'avocats d'affaires reconnu, dans le cadre du développement de son équipe Business Development, le cabinet recherche un(e) Senior Executive Client & Practice Development en CDI.

Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Business Development, vous contribuez activement à l'instauration d'une approche structurée, proactive et orientée performance du business development au sein du cabinet :
  • Définir et piloter des plans de développement
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance
  • Coordonner les pitchs et propositions commerciales
  • Suivre des clients stratégiques et analyser la performance
  • Contribuer aux classements, à la communication et aux actions de visibilité
  • Exploiter les outils data et digitaux (dont IA) pour optimiser les actions
Exigences
  • Expérience en Business Development / communication en environnement B2B (cabinet, conseil, services pro…)
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux business et juridiques
  • Anglais courant
  • Aisance relationnelle, esprit d'analyse et autonomie
