Role Description

We are seeking Sales Professionals will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, presenting Lightspeed's products and services, negotiating and closing business deals, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves delivering tailored solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship building
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Familiarity with retail, hospitality, e-commerce, or technology industries
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
  • Customer-oriented approach with the ability to develop long-term client partnerships
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment
