En tant que Technical Account Manager, tu es le référent technique de nos clients sur la durée.
Tu combines expertise technique, relation client et collaboration interne, avec un objectif clair : maximiser la valeur apportée par Cyberwatch dans leur environnement.
Tu travailles au quotidien au sein de l'équipe Opérations avec les équipes Produit et Vente.
Tes missions :
Accompagnement clientÊtre l'interlocuteur technique privilégié d'un portefeuille de clients (ETI & grands comptes)
Comprendre leurs environnements (on-prem, cloud, hybrides) et leurs contraintes de sécurité
Les accompagner dans le déploiement, la configuration et l'optimisation de la plateforme Cyberwatch
Participer aux comités techniques, revues de performance et plans d'amélioration
Apporter un support technique de niveau avancé sur les sujets complexes
Aider à l'analyse des vulnérabilités, à leur priorisation et à la mise en œuvre des remédiations
Contribuer à l'amélioration des process ops et des bonnes pratiques internes
Être force de proposition sur l'évolution du produit à partir des retours clients
Faire le lien entre les besoins clients et les équipes Produit / R&D
Participer à la capitalisation de la connaissance (docs, playbooks, retours d'expérience)
Accompagner ponctuellement les équipes avant-vente sur des sujets techniques
Contribuer à l'onboarding de nouveaux arrivants dans l'équipe Opération
