Nous accompagnons une entreprise SaaS qui propose un logiciel basé sur l'IA pour externaliser ou moderniser la gestion des appels, rendez-vous, secrétariat, dans les établissements de santé.
Ils recherchent un
Sales Development Representative
qui aura pour mission de trouver des nouveaux leads, les qualifier et fixer un rendez-vous pour les Account Exécutive.

Evolution en tant qu'Account Executive au bout de 1 an
Le poste est en CDI, basé à Paris.
Ta mission :
- Développer l'activité commerciale en utilisant les outils à disposition (téléphone / mail / réseaux sociaux, LinkedIn…) pour prospecter activement les nouveaux acteurs de ton marché.
- Trouver et générer des listes de prospection.
- Mettre en place une stratégie de prospection et de relance active de tes prospects.
- Comprendre et qualifier le besoin des prospects, BANT.
- Obtenir des rendez-vous qualifiés.
- Suivre et piloter ton activité et trouver les meilleures méthodes pour améliorer le processus de prospection.
Ton profil :
- Tu as un Master en école de commerce.
- Tu as déjà au moins fait 1 an d'alternance en tant que BDR/SDR
- Tu connais des logiciels et outils de prospection Tech type Salesforce, Hubspot, Lusha, Kaspr...
- Tu es autonome
- Tu veux apprendre et progresser.
- Tu es organisée, méthodique, et suis tes prospects jusqu'au bout.
- Tu es et souhaite dépasser tes objectifs.
- Tu es pugnace et ne lâche rien.
- Tu es dynamique et sympathique, sens aiguisé du contact et une force de conviction indéniable.
- L'anglais est un plus
Salaire :
- Package : Fixe 35K +15k de variable
