Vos Missions

Dans le cadre de votre rôle d'Engagement Manger, vous êtes responsable de la direction d'un ou plusieurs projets ou de segments définis à l'intérieur d'un projet très important et complexe. Ainsi, vous êtes amené à :
 

  • Gérer la relation contractuelle avec le client et faire l'interface avec Capgemini,
  • Comprendre le contexte fonctionnel et technique du projet et les enjeux spécifiques de nos clients,
  • Intervenir au niveau des Comités de Direction de nos clients, sur des engagements multi-sites,
  • Garantir la fourniture des livrables et des services conformes aux spécifications, dans le respect des engagements contractuels, du budget et des délais, en conformité avec les standards qualités et en obtenant la satisfaction du client,
  • Fournir les analyses et les tableaux de bord de votre portefeuille, de la performance des équipes et de la conformité aux standards, en matière d'outils et de processus,
  • Négocier avec le client les changements de périmètre du projet ou du service et définir des objectifs réalistes et en s'assurant de la rentabilité commerciale,
  • Encadrer et faire évoluer les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles des projets qui vous seront confiées en front, near et offshore,
  • Mener le développement d'offres et de propositions commerciales que vous présenterez aux clients (vente, delivery) et identifier des opportunités de croissance.
Votre profil

Issu.e d'une formation supérieure Bac+5 en école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou domaines connexes :

  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans sur ce rôle en ESN,
  • Vous avez piloté des projets applicatifs au forfait de grande envergure depuis plus de 5 ans,
  • Vous disposez de compétences managériales éprouvées et développez les équipes autour de vous, 
  • Vous savez gérer de bout en bout la relation client,
  • Au-delà de votre savoir-faire en termes de gestion qualité/délai de vos missions, vous êtes comptable de vos projets en termes de coûts et pas seulement de J/H,
  • Votre niveau d'anglais vous permet de comprendre et communiquer efficacement dans un contexte international,
  • Une première expérience de delivery offshore serait un vrai plus.
