Nous cherchons une personne rigoureuse et bilingue anglais pour renforcer notre équipe de customer success sur notre projet Font Radar: un outil pour aider au contrôle et à la mise en conformité des licences typographiques.

Ta mission consistera à utiliser notre CRM maison pour vérifier les licences des sites internet et les contacter si besoin.

À l'issue de ce contact, ton rôle sera d'accompagner les auteurs des sites sur le choix des bonnes licences typographiques à acheter.

Ton champ d'action est international et les interlocuteurs peuvent aller du designer freelance au responsable d'achats pour des multinationales. 98% des échanges se font en anglais par écrit, un anglais irréprochable est demandé.

Nous proposons un salaire fixe ainsi qu'une prime mensuelle basée sur les résultats.
