Internship – Human Resources (Paris / Partial Remote)

Kiddobee is looking for an
HR Intern
to support our recruitment process for childcare roles and in-house positions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, organizing interviews, and learning about recruitment inside a fast-growing startup.

Your mission

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
  • Conduct preliminary interviews (video or phone)
  • Evaluate applications and provide feedback to the team
  • Track applications and update candidate records
  • Assist with onboarding and administrative follow-up

Requirements

  • Fluent English (compulsory)
  • French is a plus
  • Student in HR, business, psychology, or a related field (Bachelor's level or above)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional
  • Based in Paris or available for partial remote work

pour soutenir notre processus de recrutement pour les postes de garde d'enfants et certains postes internes. Ce stage est idéal pour une personne sociable, organisée, et motivée par le recrutement dans une startup en croissance.

Vos missions

  • Planifier et coordonner les entretiens avec les candidats
  • Mener des entretiens de pré-sélection (en visio ou par téléphone)
  • Évaluer les candidatures et transmettre les retours à l'équipe
  • Suivre les candidatures et mettre à jour les dossiers
  • Participer à l'intégration et au suivi administratif

Profil recherché

  • Anglais courant obligatoire
  • Français apprécié
  • Étudiant·e en RH, commerce, psychologie ou domaine proche (niveau licence ou plus)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en organisation
  • Professionnel·le, sérieux·se, et à l'aise avec le contact humain
  • Basé·e à Paris ou disponible en télétravail partiel
