Job Summary
Assure la gestion des commandes clients, le suivi des livraisons et la résolution des problèmes liés à la disponibilité des produits. Il/elle est l'interface entre les clients, les équipes internes (planning, logistique, production) et contribue à garantir la satisfaction client en assurant une communication fluide et proactive.

Les points sur lesquels Vous Ferez la Différence
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des commandes clients, du suivi des livraisons et de la coordination avec les équipes internes (supply chain, logistique, production).
- Vous assurez un service client de qualité en répondant aux demandes, en résolvant les problèmes liés à la disponibilité des produits et en garantissant la satisfaction des clients.
- Ce poste implique une communication proactive, une bonne gestion des priorités et une forte orientation client.
Pourquoi Vous Êtes le Bon Candidat
- Formation : Bac +2 à Bac +3 (type BTS/DUT en commerce, gestion, relation client, ou équivalent).
- Expérience : 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement B2B ou international.
- Un profil moins expérimenté peut être considéré ( Stage professionnel, Alternance passées )
- Maîtrise des outils ERP (SAP serait un réel atout )
- Connaissance des flux logistiques : suivi des expéditions, gestion des stocks, coordination avec les entrepôts.
- Utilisation des outils bureautiques : Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules), Outlook, Teams.
- Langues : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
