Pilotage de la relation clients

Vous êtes le point d'ancrage stratégique de nos clients issus de différents univers (Mode, Beauté, etc.).

  • Vous les rencontrez régulièrement, comprenez finement leurs enjeux et anticipez leurs besoins.
  • Vous identifiez les opportunités de développement et apportez des recommandations à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Vous concevez et déployez des stratégies de fidélisation durables, fondées sur des relations de confiance et de performance.
  • Vous êtes garant(e) de la cohérence des prises de parole, de la protection de l'image de marque et d'un niveau d'excellence dans l'exécution.

Développement stratégique et commercial

  • Vous pilotez et contribuez activement aux appels d'offres, de la réflexion stratégique et créative jusqu'au pitch final.
  • Vous jouez un rôle moteur dans l'identification et l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.
  • Vous contribuez directement à la croissance et au rayonnement du bureau.

Management et leadership

  • Vous encadrez et faites grandir les équipes.
  • Vous participez à la définition des objectifs de performance et en assurez le suivi.
  • Vous êtes un appui opérationnel au quotidien, capable de trancher, prioriser et arbitrer.

Excellence opérationnelle

  • Vous collaborez avec les équipes Finance, Logistique et RH pour structurer et améliorer les process.
  • Vous analysez les modes de fonctionnement existants et recommandez des leviers d'optimisation.
  • Vous contribuez à la bonne gestion du bureau et à la fluidité des opérations.
  • Vous veillez à l'alignement constant entre opérations, stratégie et objectifs business.

Collaboration internationale

  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de direction internationale.
  • Vous garantissez une mise en œuvre cohérente de la stratégie globale au niveau local.
  • Vous contribuez activement aux objectifs stratégiques du Groupe.

PROFIL

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience de 15 ans minimum sur des métiers connexes et êtes diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou de communication.
  • Vous savez décider, déléguer et embarquer des équipes expérimentées et vous mobilisez, convainquez et fédérez à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Vous définissez des priorités claires et suivez l'exécution avec rigueur.
  • Vous êtes attentif(ve) aussi bien aux indicateurs chiffrés qu'à la qualité des livrables.
  • Vous savez gérer plusieurs projets complexes simultanément.
  • Vous maîtrisez les codes, tendances et enjeux des secteurs du luxe et du lifestyle.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une rigueur exemplaire, d'efficacité et de résistance à la pression.
  • Vous disposez d'un réseau solide.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais et êtes à l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'oral, avec un excellent sens relationnel.
