As part of its development strategy, RATP Dev is positioning itself on the Operations & Maintenance of the Belgrade Metro project. The commercial opening of Line 1 is scheduled for 2030, with two additional lines planned in the following years. From 2026 onward, RATP Dev will contribute to project integration and lead the opening preparations for Line 1.

MAIN PURPOSE The Program Manager acts as the right-hand of the Managing Director and plays a central role in structuring and organizing the subsidiary's activities. They ensure that deadlines are met, deliverables are produced, and budgets are tracked in accordance with the contract and RATP Dev's commitments, while maintaining alignment with client expectations.RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of their role, the Program Manager will be expected to carry out the following activities to ensure the successful coordination and delivery of the program:

Program Structuring & Planning

• Produce and challenge project dashboards and performance indicators

• Support the development of project plans and the internal project management plan

• Ensure proper application of internal processes across the O&M organization

• Build and monitor action plans and ensure their follow-up

• Develop and update internal project plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Project Coordination & Support

• Manage documentation and ensure proper organization of the client dataroom

• Follow up on technical assistance requests from the local team

• Support procurement processes (services, suppliers, etc.)

• Monitor service delivery and invoicing processes

• Manage the RATP Dev SharePoint site dedicated to the project

Administrative & Logistical Support

• Assist the team with logistical arrangements (hotel bookings, flights, taxis, visas, IT coordination with HQ, etc.)

• Prepare project documentation such as meeting minutes, presentations, and technical notes

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS


• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the industry or railway sector, ideally during the design & construction and/or O&M phases

• Knowledge of V-cycle project development

• Experience in automated metro systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Full proficiency in English

QUALIFICATION


• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics, Power Supply, or Computer Science

• Knowledge of ISO 50126 and asset information systems is a plus

• Experience with engineering tools and system assurance processes is appreciated

• Familiarity with documentation and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint)
