As part of its development strategy, RATP Dev is positioning itself on the Operations & Maintenance of the Belgrade Metro project. The commercial opening of Line 1 is scheduled for 2030, with two additional lines planned in the following years. From 2026 onward, RATP Dev will contribute to project integration and lead the opening preparations for Line 1.

MAIN PURPOSE

The Project Assistance supports the O&M Director and the Senior Leadership Team (SteerCo) as an Executive Assistant. This role provides administrative and coordination support to ensure that schedules are accurately monitored and deadlines are met. It also contributes to office initiatives and social programs to foster collaboration and overall project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of their role, the Project Assistance will be expected to carry out the following activities to ensure smooth coordination and support across the project team:

  • Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal events
  • Prepare and manage documentation including minutes, presentations, technical notes, and reports
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
  • Support the team in logistical aspects: hotel bookings, flights, taxis, phones, visas, and act as point of contact with HQ IT department
  • Ensure professional translation of key documents into Serbian
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Act as liaison between project leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the organisation of office initiatives and social programs to enhance team cohesion
  • Provide executive-level support to the O&M Director and SteerCo

EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and flexibility
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the MS Office suite
  • Ability to work autonomously and think critically
  • Availability to commit to the project's expected 5-year duration
  • Professional translation capabilities (Serbian)

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in business management or administration (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level support as either an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within infrastructure, construction, or engineering sectors
