About the Role:

We require a Sales Executive to join our Building & Infrastructure department to drive sales of our comprehensive inspection and certification services across hospitality and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will focus on developing business in the Red Sea region and Cairo, targeting hotels, malls, and hospitals. He will be responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to departmental revenue targets. This is a performance-based role with incentive compensation for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact major hotel chains, hospital networks, and mall operators in the Red Sea region
  • Present our services (elevator inspections, electrical system checks, fire safety audits, pressure vessel testing, lifting equipment inspections)
  • Develop partnerships with corporate facility directors, operations managers, and compliance officers
  • Negotiate multi-property, multi-year inspection agreements
  • Track opportunities and report progress to your manager
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals with performance-based incentives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience (ideally in services, inspections, or B2B)
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Local knowledge of Red Sea region and Cairo market
  • Experience selling to corporate/institutional clients preferred

 Additional Requirements:

  • Technical background or knowledge of elevators, electrical systems, fire safety, or pressure equipment
  • Experience selling inspection/certification services
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Language skills: Fluent English
  • Advanced Salesforce skills
