We're partnering with a fast-scaling, category-leading ESG SaaS company that helps enterprises measure, manage, and report on sustainability and environmental impact. The platform is already trusted by global organizations, and with strong momentum across Europe, the business is now scaling its enterprise sales team in France.The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own new logo acquisition across large, complex French enterprises, managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with significant autonomy and upside.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to negotiation and closeTarget large, complex organizations across regulated and sustainability-driven sectorsEngage senior stakeholders including Heads of Sustainability, ESG, Finance, Risk, and OperationsClearly articulate business value, ROI, and regulatory impact of ESG software solutionsConsistently exceed enterprise sales targets and contribute to regional growth strategyPartner closely with Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive deal successRequirements5+ years' experience selling SaaS in an enterprise, new-business roleProven top-tier performance (President's Club, top 10–20%, or consistent quota overachievement)Experience selling ESG, sustainability, compliance, or complex enterprise softwareComfortable running multi-threaded, consultative sales processesExceptional communication and executive presenceFluent French and English requiredBased in France, with ability to travel as needed
