Mission Principal : F Accompagner l’équipe marketing dans la mise en place de nouvelles offres produits/services : élaboration des personas, dimensionnement des marchés cibles, définition de la proposition de valeur, création de briefs et rédaction de contenus pour accompagner le lancement du produit : contenu médias sociaux, print, email, site web, vidéo, documents de support commercial etc

Description des missions du poste : 

·Participer à la définition de la stratégie et positionnement marketing de la nouvelle offre :

personas,  segmentation et priorisation marchés,  définition des parcours clients,  proposition de valeur

· Mettre en place des briefs pour la création de contenus (imprimé, web, emails types pour les commerciaux, landing pages, brochures, résumés de garanties etc) et les créer ou les faire évoluer en relation avec le pôle Contenus

·Mettre en avant les offres de service et les tutoriels d’utilisation sur les sites internet ou mobile, en relation avec les équipes web (vidéo de présentation, One page tutoriels)

·Assurer une veille concurrentielle régulière pour identifier les bonnes tendances et les meilleures pratiques du marché, notamment en termes de services digitaux et de produits.

· Réaliser des benchmarks 

.Assister les différents pôles de l’équipe Marketing en renfort lors de pics d’activité

Profil & Compétences

FORMATION : 

Niveau d'études / diplômes:

BAC spécialisé école de commerce/ communication/ IEP ou diplôme universitaire équivalent.

Langues et niveau:

Anglais courant très apprécié

La maîtrise d’une autre langue, particulièrement en lien avec les implantations internationales de MSH (allemand, arabe, chinois) est un plus.

EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE

Expérience souhaitée non indispensable:

Une première expérience réussie en marketing et en particulier dans un contexte commercial, ou une expérience dans un secteur protéiforme (à la fois pour la cible B2B et BtoC). Banque, assurance, aéronautique… Ou en agence.

Connaissances informatiques:

Connaissance de la suite Office. Connaissances d’outils de graphisme serait un plus (Photoshop, InDesign), d’outils d’e-mailing.
