Business Development Manager Solutions Cloud - Courbevoie – CDI

Rattaché.e à la Business Unit Advanced Solutions, vous intégrez notre division Solutions , Services et Innovation qui accompagne ses partenaires sur tous types de projets autour des solutions technique Cloud, IoT, Cybersécurité…

Notre objectif est d’offrir une expertise technique sur des solutions globales. Nous proposons entre autre notre valeur ajoutée sur les projets multi-constructeurs et multi-éditeurs.

Notre large portefeuille de solutions cloud permet à nos partenaires de déployer facilement et rapidement chez leurs clients des solutions développés par la TD SYNNEX Solution Factory.

Nous nous concentrons sur la proposition de solutions intégrées qui répondent aux défis commerciaux auxquels nos partenaires de distribution et leurs utilisateurs finaux sont confrontés.

L'agrégation de solutions sur ces technologies de nouvelle génération est d'une importance capitale pour la croissance et la transformation de TD SYNNEX. Dans le cadre de notre engagement en faveur de la transformation numérique, TD SYNNEX investit dans des ressources, des outils numériques et des compétences, afin d'accélérer notre capacité à servir nos partenaires de distribution.

Vous détecterez de nouvelles opportunités de business, développez le chiffre d’affaires existant et concluez des deals pour atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous serez également responsable des initiatives stratégiques clés. Vous aurez un rôle déterminant dans le développement de notre portefeuille de service à valeur ajoutée et du business. Autonome dans la relation client et la négociation.  Vous serez le coordinateur des projets de service Cloud en relation avec les commerciaux, les avant-vente et les BDM des différentes Business Units Commerciales.

Missions principales :

  • Soutenir la croissance de notre business à travers la mise en place et le déploiement de la stratégie commerciale, la gestion du pipe, la participation à des événements et des présentations,

  • Être l’ambassadeur de la stratégie globale TD SYNNEX,

  • Déterminer les besoins des clients et établir des relations efficaces et durables,

  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés,

  • Négocier et obtenir projets clés et des contrats,

  • Assister à des réunions, des événements commerciaux et des formations et assurer une veille technologique,

  • Fournir un reporting régulier à la Direction en utilisant des données statistiques financières,

  • Maintenir et développer la base de données clients,

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes TD SYNNEX (commerce, marketing, solutions globales, ect).

Qualifications :

Expérience :

  • Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans le commerce dans l’univers de l’IT

  • Expérience dans la vente et la mise en avant de technologies innovantes et de solutions complexes.

Diplômes :

  • De formation Commerciale ou technique minimum Bac+4/5.

Connaissances, compétences et aptitudes requises :

  • Vous possédez des connaissances de l'environnement Microsoft (Azure et O365) et AWS ou Google

  • Vous possédez  de solides compétences en communication et négociation,

  • Vous êtes doté(e) d’une sensibilité commerciale et orienté(e) business,

  • Maitrise des différentes techniques de vente et de la gestion d’un pipe,

  • Savoir travailler en autonomie et être force de proposition.
