Business Development Manager Junior

InterSystems is seeking a proactive and achievement-oriented Business Development Manager Junior to execute a strategy designed to raise awareness of our healthcare-centric products and solutions capability. The successful candidate will develop new business by discovering, qualifying, and developing opportunities for InterSystems TrakCare, HealthShare, and IRIS for Health.
Key Responsibilities:- Discover and Develop Opportunities: Identify potential opportunities for InterSystems TrakCare, HealthShare, and IRIS for Health and develop them into new business.
- Build Relationships: Develop mutually rewarding long-term customer and partner relationships.
- Meet with Senior Management: Meet regularly with senior management to identify strategic and tactical opportunities and detail the problems to be solved.
- Motivate Internal and External Staff: Motivate internal and external staff to focus on desired business outcomes.
- Develop Effective Strategies: Work with Sales Engineering, sales support, and technical teams to provide timely proposals to customers and develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years' sales experience with above-average results.
- Demonstrable track record of selling software technology solutions.
- Confirmed closer able to gain commitment at every stage of the sales process.
- Independent self-starter with a proven ability to engage prospects and customer organizations at all levels.
- Technical aptitude sufficient for engaging with customers and prospects around systems integrations.
