Aujourd’hui, nous recherchons le Responsable de notre Sales Academy interne, qui devra prendre en charge le programme de montée en gamme de nos commerciaux partout en France.


Votre rôle


En collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale, votre rôle est global:

Conception de programmes de formation adaptés aux besoins spécifiques de l'équipe commerciale, en identifiant les compétences clés à développer afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.

Déterminer les formats de formations les plus adaptés selon l'objectif / le besoin de formation (présentiel / visio / coaching / e-learning ...)

Identifier les best performer pour faire ressortir des pratiques à déployer à tous

Travailler en transverse avec les experts interne pour construire des formations de qualité / partager les meilleures pratiques / assurer le partage des connaissances clés

Gérer et organiser l'onboarding des nouveaux arrivants dans les équipes commerciales en collaboration étroite avec leurs managers.

Animer les sessions de formation commerciales dans le cadre de l'onboarding des nouveaux arrivants

Faire un travail de veille interne grâce à nos outils d'écoutes de call / RDV pour identifier les axes de progression et proposer des plans d'actions adaptés (individuels, en groupe, avec le manager ...)

Assurer la communication des nouveautés process / outils / méthodes / actualités aux équipes commerciales

Suivi de la montée en compétences : être garant

- de la mise à jour des grilles de compétences de nos commerciaux

- du process de passage de niveau via la complétion des bilans de compétences

Vous serez également responsable de nos outils internes dédiés au sales enablement : garant de leur bonne utilisation, de leur mise à jour et de leur paramétrage.


Ce poste est fait pour vous si


Affinité marquée pour la vente en BtoB et le coaching, l'accompagnement et la transmission

Expérience au sein ou au contact d’une équipe de vente BtoB d’au minimum 2 ans idéalement

Leadership / forte personnalité (du tempérament) / capacité à fédérer

Extraverti(e), bon relationnel, caméléon,

Organisé(e) et méthodique

Nous cherchons sur ce poste un profil à l’aise sur la gestion de projets et passionné(e) par la vente, qui trouve du sens dans un job centré sur la transmission et la montée en gamme de commerciaux junior.
